SHIPPING COSTS AND PRODUCT AUTHENTICATION – 2NDACT by DRESSO
Shipping costs are €5 for both the buyer and the seller.
DELIVERY OF SECOND-HAND PRODUCTS VIA 2NDACT by DRESSO
After completing the order, the User – Seller will receive an email stating that they have 7 days to ship the Product to 2NDACT by DRESSO using the assigned courier, in order to verify its compliance and authenticity.
2NDACT by DRESSO shall not be held liable for any damage or loss of the Products until they are received. In the event of loss or damage by the courier, compensation due to the Seller will be based on the contractual conditions provided by the courier.
2NDACT by DRESSO will deliver the Products directly to the User – Customer.
Delivery times from 2NDACT by DRESSO to the User – Customer depend on the delivery times from the User – Seller, as shown in the table below (Shipping Table).
In any case, the maximum delivery time is 30 (thirty) days from the order confirmation date.
The shipping costs from 2NDACT by DRESSO to the User – Customer shall be borne by the latter.
In accordance with Article 61 of the Consumer Code, if 2NDACT by DRESSO fails to deliver the Products within the indicated time, the User may request delivery within an additional timeframe appropriate to the circumstances. If that deadline passes without delivery, the User is entitled to terminate the Contract.
2NDACT by DRESSO will issue a refund within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received.
If delivery to the Customer is impossible (e.g. incorrect address or package refused), a notice will be sent by email. If no response is received, the Products will be held at the Customer’s disposal, at their own risk and cost (including transport and storage costs), for 6 (six) months from the date of the email notification by 2NDACT by DRESSO. If the Customer wishes to recover the Product, they must request it by email.
2NDACT by DRESSO becomes the owner of the Product if it is not claimed within 6 (six) months.
